Providing information is voluntary. However, we need sufficient contact details and information about your enquiry to respond. Your telephone number is optional. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Our website provider, Wix, also processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, and security logs.

WHY WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

WHO HANDLES YOUR INFORMATION

Contact form submissions are stored in Wix and delivered to our Gmail account. We use Wix for website hosting and form management, and Google’s Gmail service for email communications.

Within Velorquanta OÜ, access to enquiries is limited to authorised company personnel. Our service providers also process information as necessary to operate their services.

We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Wix and Google operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Authorised company personnel may also access enquiries while working abroad.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

For enquiries that do not lead to a project, we delete the enquiry and related correspondence from Wix and Gmail within 12 months of our last contact.

If an enquiry leads to a client relationship, relevant correspondence becomes part of our client records and is retained for the relationship and any applicable legal retention period.

We may retain specific records longer where required by law or necessary for an actual or anticipated legal claim. Technical records are retained according to their operational and security purpose and the applicable provider’s retention arrangements.
